Mattresses need to be opened within 2 weeks of receiving.

Spot Clean Only: Avoid soaking the organic wool and cotton cover. Use a mild detergent and a damp cloth for stains, as excess water can damage the natural fibers and latex.

Allow to Breathe: Occasionally strip the bed and leave it unmade for a few hours to let the breathable organic cotton and wool layers release any trapped body moisture.

Do Not Flip: This mattress is built with a specific layering system (support coils on bottom, 2-inch Dunlop latex on top); flipping it will ruin the support and comfort.

Rotate Regularly: Rotate the mattress 180° (head-to-foot) every 3 to 6 months to ensure even wear across the pocketed coils and the lumbar support zone.

Protect the Surface: Use a breathable, organic mattress protector to shield the hand-tufted cover from moisture, skin oils, and allergens.

1-Year Sleep Trial

Your mattress includes a 365-Day Sleep Trial, giving you time to decide if it’s right for you. Because mattresses are large and cannot typically be resold once used, we do not accept physical returns. If you decide the mattress isn't right for you, we are happy to approve a full refund upon your request. To make things easier for you and to support the community, we do not require you to ship the bulky mattress back to us.

Instead of a return, we will provide you with instructions on how to donate the mattress to a local charity or non-profit organization.

How it Works:

1. Request a Refund: Let us know within the trial period if you'd like to proceed.
2. Donate Locally: We will guide you on donating the item so it can benefit someone in need rather than going to a landfill.
3. Submit Proof: Once you provide us with a donation receipt or proof of responsible disposal, your full refund will be processed immediately.

Whenever possible, we encourage donating the mattress to a local charity or shelter so it can continue to be used rather than sent to a landfill.

Accepted proof includes:

• A donation receipt or letter from a charity/nonprofit
• Documentation showing the mattress was picked up by a disposal company (pickup receipt, invoice, or confirmation)

Once valid documentation is received and verified, your full refund will be processed.

20-Year Limited Warranty

After the sleep trial ends, your mattress is protected by a 20-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. A mattress is considered defective only if it has one of the following:

• Visible indentation or sagging of 1.5 inches or greater, not caused by improper use or inadequate support
  
• Coil defects that create an uneven sleep surface or visible coils
  
• Fabric or stitching failure not caused by misuse, mishandling, or damage
  
• Size discrepancy (must be reported within 30 days of delivery)
  

If a qualifying manufacturing defect is confirmed, a refund will be issued in accordance with this limited warranty. The warranty does not cover comfort preference, normal softening over time, stains, burns, physical damage, misuse, or improper support.
