365-Day Sleep Trial

Your mattress includes a full year to decide if it's right for you. Because mattresses are large and cannot typically be resold once used, we do not accept physical returns. If the mattress isn't right, we'll approve a full refund upon your request — no need to ship it back.

Instead of a return, we'll provide instructions on how to donate the mattress to a local charity or non-profit. It continues to be used rather than going to a landfill.

How it works

  1. Request a refund — let us know within the trial period.
  2. Donate locally — we'll guide you so it benefits someone in need.
  3. Submit proof — once we receive a donation receipt or proof of disposal, your refund is processed immediately.

Accepted proof includes

  • A donation receipt or letter from a charity or nonprofit
  • Documentation showing the mattress was picked up by a disposal company

20-Year Limited Warranty

After the sleep trial ends, your mattress is protected by a 20-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. A mattress is considered defective only if it has one of the following:

  • Visible indentation or sagging of 1.5 inches or greater, not caused by improper use or inadequate support
  • Coil defects that create an uneven sleep surface or visible coils
  • Fabric or stitching failure not caused by misuse, mishandling, or damage
  • Size discrepancy — must be reported within 30 days of delivery

The warranty does not cover comfort preference, normal softening over time, stains, burns, physical damage, misuse, or improper support.

How to file a claim

Email sales@whisper-organics.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
